Outline of Research at the Start	睡眠時ブラキシズムは睡眠中の非機能的な顎運動で、その顎口腔系への為害作用は歯科治療の予後を大きく左右し、患者QoLの低下を招く一因となり得るが、その詳細な発症機序は未だ明らかではない。本研究では、抑制性GABA作動性ニューロンの睡眠中の活性減弱による細胞間ネットワーク変化が睡眠時ブラキシズムに発症するのではないか、という仮説を検証するため、患者由来疾患特異的iPS細胞から誘導したニューロンを用いて、その電気生理学的特性を明らかにし、また、RNAシーケンスにより細胞間ネットワークおよび遺伝子発現の機能的変化を検討することを目的として実施する。
