Outline of Research at the Start	エピテーゼの辺縁は従来より顔面の表情変化に伴う皮膚の形状変化によって浮き上がることにより脱落することがあった。そこで、適合性の高いエピテーゼの製作を行うために、３Dデジタル技術を応用して4D顔面表情運動モデルの製作方法を構築した。本研究においては4D顔面表情運動モデルを応用して、顔面表情と皮膚のテクスチャの関係を分析し、さらに皮膚の粘弾性、シリコーン材料の粘弾性を考慮して、動的な表情モデル上での患者個々の皮膚の粘弾性に応じたエピテーゼの設計方法や適切な材料の選択基準システムを構築する。これにより、顔面の動きに追随する、より自然な装着感のエピテーゼを簡便に製作することができると考えられる。
