Keywordsoral microbiomes / gut bacteria / PD -1/PD-L1
Outline of Research at the Start

Samples from anti-PD-1 therapy responder and non-responder patients/mice will be examined to identify beneficial bacteria for therapy. These bacteria will be used in combination with anti-PD-1 therapy to enhance its efficacy, and to develop anti-PD-1-based biomarkers and treatment strategy for OSCC.
