Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では「OP3-4ペプチドはアバロパラチドによる局所の骨形成促進作用を著しく増強させ、局所の骨造成を可能にする」という仮説の元に、in vitro実験では、OP3-4ペプチドとアバロパラチドを併用添加することによって、骨芽細胞における骨形成関連遺伝子の発現が亢進するかを定量PCRにて判定・確認する。その後、in vivo骨修復モデルを用いて骨修復部のX線学的、組織学的評価に加え、新生骨(骨修復部)の機械的特性の評価まで行なう。
