Outline of Research at the Start

低酸素環境下において腫瘍自身の分泌するECMが豊富に蓄積している腫瘍間質の中での、腫瘍細胞自身のCD73を介したCXCL10による腫瘍細胞の自己制御機構を解明するために、以下の３点について明らかにする。
①低酸素環境下での腫瘍細胞におけるHSPG発現抑制とCXCL10合成能の検証
②低酸素環境下でCD73発現抑制によるCXCL10を含む細胞増殖関連液性因子の検討
③CXCL10発現動態と腫瘍細胞の機能評価
