Outline of Research at the Start

歯周病原菌であるPorphyromonas gingivalis （Pg）は、口腔扁平上皮癌（OSC）細胞の悪性形質を促進するだけでなく抗腫瘍免疫を抑制することが報告されているが、その機序は十分に明らかにされていない。そこで本研究では、口腔扁平上皮癌の発症・進展におけるPg菌由来 OMVsの作用ならびにその機序を明らかにする。
