Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、将来的な臨床応用を目指し、骨芽細胞ならびに血管内皮細胞を用いた血管導入ハイブリッド人工骨の構築を目的とする。特にiPS細胞から骨芽細胞・血管内皮細胞を誘導し、それらを適切な足場材料と組み合わせることで低侵襲かつ早期で確実な骨再生の実現に向けて研究を行う。
