Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、歯周組織が欠損した歯槽部への歯の移植を現実化するために考えられた研究の一環である。本研究では、我々が開発した幹細胞の自発的形成スフェロイドから分泌される、高い組織再生能を有する細胞外小胞（EV）に着目した。スフェロイド由来EVの単離と解析、EV存在下での歯根膜細胞の増殖能・遊走能評価、多能性関連遺伝子解析、EV存在下での歯根膜幹細胞の骨芽細胞への分化誘導による発現遺伝子や分化誘導評価によるin vitro解析およびEVとコラーゲン使用人工骨を応用して、歯と歯周組織同時再生移植モデルを開発し評価する。
