計画している具体的な研究項目は、口腔癌の臨床検体(生検ないし切除組織)および培 養細胞株を用いた、癌局所における、1. CSCsとのcross talkに関わるリンパ球やマクロファー ジなどの腫瘍間質細胞、免疫マーカーや各種サイトカインの網羅的プロファイル解析、2. 培養細胞株より分取したCSCsとリンパ球との共培養により誘導されるT cell, B cell, 樹状細胞 (Dendric cell; 以下DC)のsubgroupならびに機能解析(細胞増殖能、T細胞誘導能、免疫抑制機能 等)，3. 薬剤耐性株を用いた薬剤耐性獲得メカニズムの解析の3点である。
