Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、HIV感染者を対象として口腔顎顔面領域に生じ得る日和見疾患の疫学調査を行い、厚生労働省が定めるAIDS指標疾患に含まれない日和見疾患に焦点を当てAIDS診断における臨床的重要性を評価する。また、AIDS期にて口腔内感染巣の根治的治療として施行された抜歯術の有効性や適切な施行時期を統計学的に検証する。特定感染症指定医療機関である国立国際医療研究センター病院にて診療録を用いた後方視的観察研究として行う。
