Outline of Research at the Start

多症例口腔がん切除検体でのオートファジー関連タンパク質の蓄積状態を前向きコホート検証研究により調査する。そして、異常蓄積部においてオートファジー機能異常を起こし、細胞の極性を喪失している腫瘍原生細胞と考えられる細胞集団の分子病理学的特性（悪性挙動）を明らかにする。これらにより、オートファジー関連タンパク質をターゲットとした口腔がんの切除安全域設定について基礎・臨床医学の観点よりエビデンスの構築を目指す。
