Outline of Research at the Start	腫瘍溶解性ウイルス療法は、腫瘍細胞を殺傷し腫瘍抗原の放出と提示を行い、腫瘍免疫細胞を誘導することであるが癌細胞の抗ウイルス反応（DNA損傷応答（DDR）、ERストレス応答（UPR）等）が障害となる。本研究では、口腔癌を特異的に殺傷する腫瘍溶解性ウイルス（シンドビスウイルス）にDDRやUPR経路を阻害する治療法（合成致死療法）を併用し、腫瘍免疫を獲得できる腫瘍溶解性ウイルス療法を開発する。
