Outline of Research at the Start	口腔領域の異常感覚では、疼痛だけでなく不快な違和感などの様々な訴えがあり、時にoverlapして複雑な臨床像を呈する。本研究では、このような多彩な口腔領域の異常感覚において、末梢から中枢にかけての三叉神経の微小構造変化と臨床的な表現型との関連を解明することを目的とし、口腔領域の異常感覚を呈する患者を対象に、magnetic resonance imagesを用いて神経と血管との接触であるneurovascular compressionの有無と神経の微小構造変化を評価し、口腔領域の異常感覚の性状や症状優位側、重症度や心理的背景などの臨床的特徴との関連を解析する。
