Outline of Research at the Start

近年、癌細胞とその周囲にある癌間質の相互干渉が、癌の浸潤や転移に深く関わっていることが明らかとなり、そのコミュニケーションツールの一つとしてエクソソームに注目が集まっている。その中には情報伝達媒体が含有されており、癌細胞ならびに癌間質の細胞がそれらを互いに分泌し受容し合うことにより、癌の進展に影響を与えていると考えられている。本研究では、口腔扁平上皮癌の間質を構成する成分の一つである癌関連線維芽細胞（CAF）から分泌されるCAF由来エクソソームの癌進展への影響を検討するとともに、CAF由来エクソソーム内に含有されている癌進展に影響を与える分子の生物学的特徴を解析することである。
