Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の最大の目的は、DNAメチル化アレイ解析を用いてDNAのメチル化の網羅的な解析を行い、非症候性唇顎口蓋裂における裂型の多様性や決定と、DNAのメチル化との関連性を解明することである。さらに、cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)画像を用いて、裂型の異なる非症候性唇顎口蓋裂を伴う一卵性双生児不一致症例、および裂型の異なる唇顎口蓋裂を伴う患者を対象に、成長過程における顎顔面形態の特徴も縦断的に比較を行うこととする。
