Outline of Research at the Start

歯科治療時の異物誤飲・誤嚥は完全に防ぐことができない。異物の物性によっては積極的な摘出にはならず、経過観察とする場合もあるが、その所在を確認する第一選択はX線検査である。パノラマX線撮影などでX線像として見慣れた修復物等なら比較的探しやすいが、器具など撮影対象と想定していないものが対象異物となることもある。の見慣れない歯科関係材料・器具の仮想誤飲・誤嚥時X線画像データベースを構築するとともに、dual energy subtraction等の技術を用いて、どのように描出が変化するかを評価する。
