Outline of Research at the Start

より簡便で正確な口腔乾燥症（ドライマウス）の診断支援を実現を実現するために、本研究では口に咥えるだけで口腔内全体の湿潤度を定量評価できる新しい口腔内湿潤度評価システムの開発を行う。具体的には、口腔粘膜から蒸発する水蒸気に着目して、相対湿度センサモジュールを基にしたセンサユニットを開発し、人工口腔を用いた健常/乾燥の基準値の抽出を行う。さらに、臨床を踏まえた実口腔による口腔内湿潤度の評価を通して本システムの有効性を明らかにする。
