Outline of Research at the Start

骨太の方針2023では、国民皆歯科健診が提唱され、乳幼児期から高齢期までのシームレスな歯科口腔保健管理体制の構築が期待されているなか、「働く世代」の約７割が従事する中小企業への働きかけは必要不可欠である。
中小企業では、労働条件などの制約により、個人の努力のみでは歯・口腔の健康確保は困難であり、社会的支援は必要不可欠である。しかしながら、その実態は不明である。本研究の目的は、保険者、行政、歯科医師会など、中小企業での歯科口腔保健対策を支えるステークホルダーによる社会的支援に関する調査を実施し、中小企業における持続可能で、かつ効果的な歯科口腔保健対策のあり方についての提言を行うことを目的とする。
