Outline of Research at the Start	臨床現場で歯科衛生士として、患者に歯科保健指導を行うと、歯間部清掃を推奨した際にすぐに習慣化できる人とそうでない人がいる。この差には何が関係しているのか、これまで疑問を感じていた。この経験から、個人の性格や健康行動への価値観を考慮することで、一人ひとりに最適化させた指導法の計画および立案が可能ではないかとの発想に至った。本研究は従来の行動変容モデルCOM-Bに「個人の選好」という新たな要素を加えることで、共通の行動特性を持つ集団の抽出を実現し、集団指導、個別指導の双方に効果をもたらす行動変容モデルの構築することができる。
