Outline of Research at the Start	【研究の全体構想】40～64歳の壮年期から初老期における摂食・嚥下機能の維持・改善のための介入により、高齢期に問題となるオーラルフレイル対策を含めた介護サービス利用者や口腔機能低下症患者を減少させ、高齢期の介護費や医療費の適正化に貢献することを目指す。【本研究の具体的な目的】40～64歳の壮年期から初老期における就労者のうち、摂食・嚥下機能の低下が始まりやすい特定保健指導該当者を対象とした摂食・嚥下機能の維持・改善のためのプログラムを実施する介入研究によって、これまで行われていなかった早期からの介入の有効性を示すことである。
