Outline of Research at the Start	軽度認知障害は、日常生活動作は自立しているが、遂行、注意などの認知機能領域における障害があるとされている。軽度認知障害は、認知機能低下に対する適切な対策を行うことで、症状の進行を阻止したり、健常な状態に戻るケースもある。高齢者では、身体機能や認知機能の低下から口腔機能が低下し、アルツハイマー病の病態促進、脳の認知領域の変化から認知症を発症して、進行するメカニズムが考えられている。本研究では、高齢者のブラッシング動作を解析し、口腔清掃状態の評価が軽度認知障害のスクリーニングに応用できるか否かを検証する。
