Outline of Research at the Start

分野別教育評価が医学教育の質保証をが進めたが、教育プログラムや学修成果のモニタ・評価面には課題が多い。学生・教員のフィードバックにもとづく教育プログラムの改善・開発に資するIR(Institutional Research)の体制・環境は未整備で、実効性あるIRの確立が求められている。
本研究は、学修に関するデータを学生・教職員に迅速に開示するシステムを開発・構築する。また、IRがデータをふまえエビデンスをFD(Faculty Development)に提供し、効果的な教育方法や信頼性・妥当性の高い評価の開発を援助する。そして、医学教育の質保証に関する好循環システムの確立とモデル提示を行う。
