Outline of Research at the Start

医療での多職種連携、患者と全体のための医療安全教育のために、まずは個人の社会性と情動、レジリエンススキル、ストレ ス耐性向上が必要である。医学教育において、詳細な介入法やレジリエンス定義への合意形成、ストレッサーへ の暴露評価などのデータが未解明である。本研究では、SEEラーニング(Social Emotional and Ethical Learning: SEEL)を基本とした、社会性と情動のスキルの学び、自己及 び他者理解、レジリエンスの向上、ストレス対応力を身につける「医学生のためのレジリエンススキル・プログラム」をレジリエンスや情動知性のスコア解析を行い開発していく。
