Outline of Research at the Start	少子化が進む日本において、在留外国人妊婦による出生件数が近年増加しているが、在留外国人妊婦は妊娠、分娩にあたり、どのような点を不安や不満に思い、困難に感じ、それらがどのような負荷となって表れているのか、増加する在留外国人妊婦による出生に対して、医療従事者、医療施設、国（政府）や地方自治体などの医療行政機関は、在留外国人妊婦の不安やニーズに十分に対応できているのか、こうした問いに対して、本研究では、厚生労働省人口動態調査の調査票情報の利用や、医療施設、及び、在留外国人妊婦へのアンケート調査を通じて、答えやヒントとなるものを見出すことを目的として、研究を行う。
