Outline of Research at the Start

低中所得国では母児の心身の健康に大きく影響する産後うつ病は罹患率が極めて高い。農村部低所得の母親の精神的ストレス軽減のために必要とされるソーシャルサポートとセルフケアの強化を目的とした地域包括的プログラムとして、妊婦健診担当の看護師および家庭訪問を行う村落保健ボランティアにより、妊婦とパートナーの両者を対象とした心理教育を行う社会実装研究を、ラオスのビエンチャンにおいて行う。母親と父親の産後うつ病罹患率改善の評価、看護師・村落保健ボランティアの知識と技術向上の評価、介入の持続可能性、維持費用、適切性、忠実度を分析する実装プロセスの評価、ラオス全体に普及し実装を拡大するための推進条件を検証する。
