Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、各施設において倫理支援活動を実践している医療者を対象に、特に組織防衛的な「病院安全」ではなく、「患者安全」の実現と連携した「臨床倫理コンサルテーション」を実践する上で、何を、どのように意識しているかに関する自記式アンケート、半構成的インタビュー調査を行い、本邦の倫理コンサルテーションを担う人材において必要とされる「知識・スキル・態度」について、米国・英国と比較対照しながら明らかにすることで、無危害倫理原則を基盤とする「患者安全」を推進する医療安全管理業務との関係性を解明する。
