Outline of Research at the Start

性的マイノリティ(LGBTQs)は日常的な偏見差別に晒され、精神疾患に苦しむことがあります。医療機関での差別は受診を躊躇させ、疾病の深刻化が懸念されます。
日本語版日常的差別尺度の信頼性と妥当性を確立し、LGBTQsの受診行動を追跡すると共に日常的差別尺度と抑うつ症状の影響を分析し、受診行動と日常的差別の関係を明らかにする。
LGBTQsの認知が進む中、受け入れ側の医療機関の偏見差別教育は進展が見込まれますが、受診行動が進まない限り、効果は限定的です。本研究はHealth Belief Modelを応用し、受診行動を促進する方法の検討とデータの世界的統合や国際比較研究に貢献します。
