「危機災害派遣者は本質的に、職場において何らかの支援・配慮を必要とする要配慮就労者である」との仮説の下、他の要配慮要因（障がい、傷病、出産、育児、介護など）に対する職場職員の受容度との違い、受容に関連する要因、を災害拠点病院・地域中核医療機関に所属する危機災害派遣者・職場職員・職場管理者等への調査票調査で質的・量的視点から探索的に解析する。
