Outline of Research at the Start

市町村は、特定健診結果やレセプトから被保険者の健康課題を明確にし、健康保持・増進を行うための計画（データヘルス計画）を作成することが求められている。脳血管疾患・心疾患（CVD）は、高齢者の死亡原因、要介護原因の最重要疾患であり、発症予防のための予防行動（健診受診及び医療機関への受診）が重要である。
しかし、データヘルス計画では、健診受診率等の分析はされているが、発症前の予防行動（特定健診の受診や生活習慣病に関する医療機関の受診）に着目した分析は乏しい。
そこで本研究では、①新規のCVD患者が発症前に予防行動をしていたかを明らかにすること、②予防行動が改善した場合の効果推定を行う。
