Outline of Research at the Start

セクシャルハラスメントは性別を問わず基本的人権を脅かす課題である。医学教育および医療の現場においても、セクシャルハラスメントは身体的・精神的なストレス反応によりネガティブな影響を及ぼすことが報告されている。本研究では初期臨床研修中およびクリニカルクラークシップ中のセクシャルハラスメントについて全国調査を実施する。その結果から得られた知見を用い、米国で同研究を牽引するミシガン大学の協力を得て、日米国際比較研究を実施し、米国が蓄積したエビデンスと先進的なハラスメント対策を、我が国の社会文化背景に沿った形態に応用し、医学教育の質の向上および医療環境や管理体制の構築に資する対策を提案する。
