Outline of Research at the Start

医師の働き方改革が2024年4月に施行された。研修医は研修病院毎にA水準またはC-1水準で勤務することになるが、それぞれを比較すると年の時間外・休日労働時間数が960時間以下、1,860時間以下以下と大幅な違いが見られる。
長時間労働は過労・ストレス反応を引き起こすと考えられるが、研修時間の減少は研修医の成長の足かせとなる可能性がある。
本研究では、二つの異なった水準で働く研修医における、実労働時間、ストレス反応、臨床研修目標の到達状況について調査を行うことで、研修医の精神的健康の維持、医療安全、および研修内容が保証された臨床研修制度の構築に資することを目的とする。
