Outline of Research at the Start

本邦で実施された医薬品を対象とした臨床試験を、研究開発者（企業主導、研究者主導）、対象疾患及び薬効薬理等の条件をマッチングさせた米国及び欧州の臨床試験を対照として、臨床試験デザインを比較するとともに臨床試験が薬事承認に結びついているかを明らかにする。さらに、ランダム化比較試験が選択されにくい要因を網羅的に検討し、薬事規制当局の専門家と意見交換を行い、本邦の臨床試験デザイン選択における課題を見出す。
