Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、「認知症の人のアドバンスケアプランニング(ACP)」実現に向けた多職種連携教育(IPE)プログラムをペイシェントジャーニーの視点を踏まえて開発し、教育効果を検証することを目的とする。我が国で「認知症の人のACP」を現場で普及させるためには意思決定能力が比較的保たれている早期の段階で実施しなくてはならない等の課題がある。この課題を改善するために、卒前の多職種連携教育(IPE)が重要 (WHO1988, 2010)である。認知症の人のペイシェントジャーニーの視点を名古屋大学の段階的IPEプログラムに導入し、「認知症の人のACP」卒前IPEプログラムを開発する。
