Outline of Research at the Start	我が国の高齢化率は28.9％（令和3年10月）であり、2040年に向けてさらに高齢者の割合が増える見込みである。在宅医療の需要増加に対して、厚生労働省や自治体などが在宅医療提供体制の整備に取り組んで来たが、特に過疎地では在宅医療の診療報酬が十分ではないために、医療リソースを十分に確保することが経営上困難ともいわれている。本研究では、訪問診療における移動コストに着目し、コスト算出のための指標作成を行い、訪問診療を行っている医療スタッフの移動時間（拘束時間）を把握し訪問診療における移動時間を診療報酬上で評価する手法を開発する。
