Outline of Research at the Start

多疾患併存は、単に病気の数が増えることによる影響だけでなく、ポリフ ァーマシー、フレイルなど様々な高齢者特有の問題と絡み合い、生活機能低下および死亡につながる。Multimorbidity の効果的・効率的なマネジメント方法の探求は重要な医療的課題である。本研究課題では、川崎ウェルビーイング研究と神奈川県 の約300万人の大規模レセプトデータベースを用いてMultimorbidity の効果的・効率的なマネジメント方法を探索する。ポリドクターが予後や医療経済指標に与える影響を明らかにし、プライマリ・ケアにおける多併存疾患に対す る包括的アプローチの有用性のエビデンスの創出を目指す。
