Outline of Research at the Start

医師の共感は治療効果として患者に直接的な影響を及ぼすにも関わらず、臨床経験とともに低下することが指摘されて久しい。医師の共感は、それを受ける患者の視点が重要であることに議論の余地はない。しかし「医師の共感の経年低下」に関する指摘は医学生や専攻医までの比較が主体であり、しかも医師自身の自己評価による調査に基づいている。本研究では、共感を重視している総合診療医に着目して「医師の共感の経年変化理論」 の構築を試みる。
