Outline of Research at the Start

世界医師会にて「全医師が災害医療に対する標準能力を備える」必要性が提唱されたが、その標準能力は明確に定義されていない。また、災害医療教育の時間確保は困難であり、多種多様な災害に対する個々の技術の獲得には限界がある。この困難な課題に立ち向かうために東日本大震災と長期的に向き合ってきた 福島の医師のナラティブを深く探求することで、災害対応において全医師に求められる資質・能力を明らかにし、それらの資質・能力を涵養するための実現可能な教育の枠組みを構築する。これは、既存の災害医療に特化した教育の枠組みではなく、現行の教育体制全体を再構築することで必要な資質、能力を涵養することを目指すものである。
