Outline of Research at the Start

研究は、児童期・思春期・青年期（19歳まで）のがん患児とその親を対象に、親子同席面接を前提とした、妊孕性温存療法に関する効果的な情報提供の方法を確立することと、意思決定支援ツールの開発を伴った有用性の高い共有意思決定方法をつくることを目的とし、各施設へのアンケート調査と患者とその家族へのアンケート調査を実施する。そのアンケート調査の結果を元に、児童期・思春期・青年期それぞれの患者に対する情報提供資材を作成し、患児本人、家族（親）、医師が使用できる共有意思決定支援ツールを作成して、がん患児の妊孕性温存に対する適切な情報提供と効果的な共有意思決定の方法を明らかにする。
