Outline of Research at the Start	日本の救急医は全国の医師の1.2%と非常に少ない。一方、救急医が担う社会的役割は大きく、救急医の保持は重要である。日本の救急医は海外に比して、バーンアウトの構成因子である「個人的達成感の低下」で重症とされる割合が高く、自身の能力を信じられない心理傾向であるインポスター症候群との関連が示唆される。しかし、日本の医師のバーンアウトとインポスター症候群に関する調査がない。そこで、日本の救急医のバーンアウトとインポスター症候群の関連および影響を及ぼす因子の解明・検証を目的とした全国規模のアンケート調査を実施する。その結果を問題提起と対策提言に活用し、救急医の保持ならびに日本の医療体制の堅牢化を目指す。
