Outline of Research at the Start	アウトブレイクした新興感染症に対する医薬品開発は、感染症及び医薬品の情報量が乏しい中で幅広い重症度の患者を同時に大規模臨床試験に組み入れ、有効性等を迅速に評価することが重要である。また、新興感染症の臨床経過は多岐に渡るため、それを適切に捉えるために複数の評価項目を考慮した主解析を行うことが有用である。しかし、重症度によりそれら評価項目の重要度および薬剤効果の大きさが異なる可能性がある。本研究では、重症度ごとに複数の評価項目の臨床的重要度が異なる、治療効果の大きさが異なるという可能性がある中で、試験デザインと解析方法を適切に選択できる新たな統計手法の開発および薬剤評価のフレームワークを提案する。
