Outline of Research at the Start	北海道の産科医療は道内各地域のセンター病院に産科医師、助産師などを集約する方法がとられているが、センター病院化は遠隔地在住妊婦にとっては病院までの距離を更に伸ばす可能性がある。近年インターネットを通じた遠隔診療が様々な医療分野で行われつつあるが、産科診療は、内診、超音波エコー、胎児心拍数モニターなど遠隔診療の難しい技術が中心で、“患者・産科医間の直接対応”は難しく、産科医不在地域では“患者・産科医不在地域の医療スタッフ・産科医“という形式をとるしかない。こうした道内の遠隔地域での産科救急を含めた妊婦対応につき、産科医不在医療施設を介した遠隔診療や、患者搬送システムを確立する。
