Outline of Research at the Start	VRE対策では多領域にわたる複合的な介入が必要でバンドル化が望ましいが、その核となるエビデンスは乏しい。そこで ①診断(簡易核酸抽出法とLFIA法によるVRE迅速検査体制の確立)、 ②院内感染対策(医療スタッフの感染対策習熟度を客観的に評価できるスコアICQの開発)、 ③治療(最新のエビデンスと血中濃度測定に基づく新しい治療レジメンの確立) の３分野にまたがる研究を立案した。それぞれで期待される①便の直接検出による早期隔離、②院内感染対策に関する知識の普及、③患者予後の改善と排菌の抑制、等の成果を検証し、将来的にはVRE地域的流行抑止の切り札となるバンドル策定の礎とする。
