Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①スコーピングレビュー、②多機関共同後ろ向き観察研究、③診断的意思決定戦略立案の3つの研究を行う。まず、非典型的な臨床像を疾患毎の視点で調査したこれまでの研究のスコーピングレビューを行い、多機関共同後ろ向き観察研究で検証すべき点を明確にする。次に、多機関共同後ろ向き観察研究を行い、非典型的な臨床像を疾患横断的な視点で調査する。この調査では非典型的な臨床像の種類、および非典型的な臨床像が診断エラーにつながる仕組みを明らかにする。そして、これらの研究結果と既存の診断戦略および意思決定理論をもとに、診断エラーを防ぐための効果的かつ汎用性の高い最適な診断的意思決定戦略を立案する。
