Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，いち早くかつ効果的に我が国の医療情報を社会に還元すべく，次の学術的独自性と創造性をもって実施していく．(1)レセプトデータベースの有効活用によるエビデンス構築：高齢者合併症患者では、どのような治療を行っているか実態を明らかにする。また，Covid-19既往のある高齢者（特にCovid-19による入院）の疾患パターンについて発症の影響を明らかにし，感染症と合併症のある高齢者の後遺症などその相互作用を明確にする。(2)レセプトデータベースを使う場合での適切な研究デザイン・統計手法のAI・機械学習手法を駆使し，大規模データベースの利活用のために重要な技術である。
