Outline of Research at the Start

厚生労働省の新倫理指針により，学生教育に限られていた解剖体の利用が臨床医学研究へも拡大された．しかし，ホルムアルデヒドを使った従来の処置を行った解剖体は，組織の柔軟性などにおいて手術手技研修に適していない．また，使用目的ごとに処置方法を変えることは，解剖体管理運用の複雑化，非効率化を招く．本研究では，「全ての遺体に同じ処置を行って保存管理し，目的に応じて利用直前に追加処置をする」という新しい概念のもと，解剖体処置・運用システムを確立し，脳神経外科領域の手術手技トレーニングにて検証することを目的とする．これにより，解剖体の利用を促進し，医療技術の向上に寄与することを目指す．
