Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地域包括ケアへの対応を求められる急性期病院において、看護職を中心に多職種の医療従事者たちが、どのように患者へのケアを成し遂げているのか、明らかにするものである。具体的には、患者の移動という観点において地域との接点になる地域医療連携部門や入退院支援部門、継続ケアを試みる外来と病棟、組織再編の方針を決定していく看護部等でのフィールドワークにもとづき、そこでの実践を分析することにより、新しい変化に対応する実践において用いられている「人びとの方法論」を明らかにする。
