Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は医療従事者の患者急変時対応能力についての評価手法の開発と，急変対応能力向上のためのトレーニング・プログラムを開発することです．急変対応能力評価法としてはレジリエント・パフォーマンスを一つの集約値に収斂させる評価スケールの応用を試みます．この値が患者急変への対応がシミュレーション実習を通して改善するか，について評価します．実習は模擬患者やシミュレーター機器を用いて実施する予定です．
