Outline of Research at the Start

研究１として、「精神健康度低下のリスク要因についての前向き研究」を2024年度から2027年度の期間で行う。認知症カフェを利用する家族介護者（約100名）を対象とし、心身機能測定を6ヶ月ごとに4年間フォローアップする。
研究２として、「家族支援プログラムの開発と介入研究」を2026年度から2028年度の期間で行う。
認知症カフェを利用する家族介護者（約100名）を対象とした「家族支援プログラム」介入を5ヶ月間実施し、クロスオーバー法を用いて「家族支援プログラム」の効果を検証する。
