Outline of Research at the Start	ルアーテーパ接続はISO80369で規定され、差し込むだけで気密性の良い接続が可能で100年以上使用されてきた。体外循環回路に使用されるため、接続が外れると重大な事故に直結する。近年ではロック機構も追加されているが、回路離断の発生数は依然として多い。申請者らが行ってきた研究から、詳細な接続が外れる各要因の関連性とその理論的メカニズムの解明、および臨床現場での適切な接続力を身につけるトレーニング法が必要なことが明らかとなった。本研究ではルアーテーパ接続の安全性を向上させるため、力学的特性のメカニズムとその要因の解析と、臨床現場での適切な接続力を身につけるトレーニング法を開発することを目指す。
