Outline of Research at the Start	ウイルスの感染制御方法の確立、感染伝播能の評価、感染・増殖メカニズムの解明には、　培養細胞による高感度増殖系および病態再現可能な実験動物系が必須である。本研究ではヒトの胃腸炎を引き起こし、ヒトノロウイルス同様に集団感染も引き起こす　ヒトサポウイルスを対象とし、申請者らが独自に確立した高効率増殖細胞株および培養・　検出法により、調製済みのヒトサポウイルスパネルの汎用化学製剤に対する感受性（不活化効果）を検証する。さらに申請者らが独自に見出しているヒトサポウイルスの感染・増殖に必須な細胞表面膜因子を応用した病態再現のための小動物実験モデルの確立も目指す。
